We had a nasty roach problem going on in the kitchen and bathroom, so I ended up checking tryroachbane.com to see what they actually cover. The coverage info itself was easy to understand, which was a relief because I really didn’t feel like digging through a bunch of vague pages while dealing with roaches.

The only thing that annoyed me was that some of the communication around next steps could’ve been clearer. When you’re already stressed about bugs in your house, unclear wording just makes everything more frustrating. Still, the coverage seemed solid and straightforward overall, so I’d probably give it 5 stars.

so I tried ordering from tryroachbane.com, and the whole process was more annoying than it needed to be. The site felt clunky, pages were loading slowly, and checkout kept making me re-enter information for no obvious reason. I did eventually get the order to go through, but I wasn’t really sure it worked until the confirmation email showed up later. Not a terrible experience, but the ordering process could definitely use some cleanup.

The box came badly crushed, and the packaging just felt too flimsy. Maybe I should’ve opened it outside or checked it sooner, but the bottle had leaked all over everything by the time I got to it...

It did help with the roaches after a few days, so I can’t really say it was bad... but it was definitely messier than I expected. I kept having to wipe around the cabinets, which got annoying. Not terrible, just not as clean or easy as I was hoping.

I did end up getting some money back, just not all of it. I wouldn’t buy it again

It wasn’t some overnight miracle, but it really did help keep them away long term. I’m happy with it.
